an existing process of migrating users from several separate databases into a
single consolidated LDAP directory by receiving a list of user information,
running some validations to clean the data, and reporting errors back to the
line of business. Worked as the lead

- Worked for Global Treasury Systems as a server developer for Foreign
Exchange Wires and Drafts (FXWD) and Bulk Foreign Exchange (BFX)

Server development made use of EJBs on Borland Enterprise Server, and
used IBM MQ, Oracle, and webMethods Integration Server. §
Internationalization - Lead developer on a project to
provide a Simplified Chinese and Japanese Katakana interface for the FXWD
application. Modifications included
using resource bundles to display the UI in the 3 available languages,
converting inputs from ASCII to Unicode, storing data in Oracle in UTF-8, and
interfacing with a new clearinghouse that could process wires with
non-English characters. §
CMM
Process Improvement -
Worked with the Bank as it transitioned from CMM level 1 to CMM level 3 and
participated in all of the process training.
